This guy started his 3rd year of his PhD. As one of his colleagues put perfectly when they found out he was a 3rd year "so you basically are ready to quit school huh?" Ummmmm yes. Yes we are. The plus side to this grand adventure is that we are at the top of the hill of our PhD adventures and it's all down hill from here. This guy works so hard and has done so much to get where he is. I am so proud of him. It's hard going to school 6.5 years straight and having 3 kids. We are ready to settle in our OWN house and earn money already. One day right? Until then he continues to be incredible in his juggling act of school, work and family. 2 years down and 2 to go!
