Yep, I am going back to the working field for a while. I am way hesitant and nervous. It's hard leave my babes, but they will be with their daddy. So I know they will be very well taken care of.
Ron and I had been toying around with the idea for a while. It is really a decision we didn't want to make, but decided it was best. Ron got a full ride scholarship to Purdue which is amazing, top it off that they pay him to teach as well. We decided that since we are making more here that if I got a job together our incomes will cover most if not all of our living expenses with out taking out any loans. Staying at home is honestly my ultimate ideal, but we also need to buy a home when school is over with. This will help us a ton! Doing this is hard right now, but will ultimately save us thousands of dollars (not kidding) in the future.
So with great hesitation and excitement I am going to be working at the Holiday Inn front desk sales for just 2-3 days a week.
We are super excited because they offer some awesome benefits to part time employees, along with hotel discounts to any holiday inn in the country.
We are especially excited for the last one because Ron and I are big travel bugs, and currently we are in a very central location. So we definitely see trips to Chicago to go to the temple and other places such as St. Louis, Cincinnati, Pennsylvania, New York, Niagara Falls the list keeps on going while we have access to cheap rooms.
It should be quite interesting. Wish us luck!
