St. George Weekend

Ron and I just returned from a fabulous week and a half long trip to St. George. It was so nice to actually not have to worry about school work, and just enjoy ourselves. The first 2 days we spent in blackfoot with Ron's Grandparents. Ron was doing some work around the house, while I got to lounge around watch tv (we don't have cable so it was a real treat) and sew. At one point ron and I went outside and played a game of horse. I'm proud to announce even with this pregnancy I wasn't half bad. I was winning most of the game but then ron made a few lucky shots. hahah So we actually ended up tying. We left for St. George early sunady morning with Grandma and Grandpa, and got there early in the afternoon. It was nice to be able to relax instead of going straight to bed like normal.

Ron got a good shot of me and hayden shooting

So one of the main reason's why we came down. We we had a couple. One: cause I love to go home any chance that I get. Especially when I can go for a long period of time. Two: Because we love to see our family and friends. Three: Because My cute sisters and Mommy through me an awesome baby shower.

The baby shower. Some of my besties came. There were a couple of them missing and they weren definiately missed.

Opening some awesome gifts that people were so kind to bring. I have the greatest friends and Family

Brynna and Hannah decided they wanted to help me open presents. Only the ones that were full of stuffed animals though. They're so cute

One of the dozens of cute things that I got for our little guy

Meanwhile while the girls were out socializing at the baby shower; the boys, were off shooting the hearts out. I am pretty sure they shot about 300 shells out in the boonies somewhere. Unfortuneately I didn't get any pictures cause I had the camera. They had a blast though. They all came back tired and had sore arms.

Some of the other activities we enjoyed were playing kick ball and hide and seeking (thats what ben says) with our little nephew ben. Ron had a ball playing with him, and I loved watching. It just gives me insight to how great of a dad he is going to be. We overall just played around with nieces and nephews. Ron and I are starting to really get baby hungry. Ron won't admit it, but I
can see it when we holds our 5 month old nephew Kaleb. We also ate lots of food, played tons of games and just enjoyed the warm sunny weather.

Kickball with Ben

I think this man is quite quite no ridiculously attractive

The family gathered around playing the game of things... This is a funny game.

I think I probably gained 10 pounds by the food my mom bought. This was the candy bucket that we chowed down on everytime we played games. She also had tons of pop, juice, chocolate milk and chips. It was awesome if I do say so myself.

Enjoying the evening out on the swing

Ron and I are so lucky to have our parents literally live down the street from one another, in the same ward, and even better really good friends. My mom invited Ron's family over for a barbecue. It turned out to be a blast. We celebrated Ron's and Ren's Birthdays early since the whole family was together and their birthdays are a day apart. We ended the evening playing childhood games like freeze tag and "No Bears are out tonight."

This picture makes me laugh and kinda gag at the same time. I am enormous lets face it.It doesn't help that I have a skinny hot husband either. I pointed out to ron that he looks likes he is kinda struggling to put his arms around my belly. I like it anyway though

At the Barbecue. Dad feeding Hannah some Dairy Queen Ice cream cake. My absolute favorite

Watching everyone else play games, and enjoying the amazing weather

You are spoiled, but so am I. I still feel bad that we kicked mom out of her room. Great post girlie.
