My fall
I just thought I might tell you all that the russian women are amazing... They are always dressed up like you can't imagine and they wear the skinniest little boots on the ice. I can't imagine! I could walk on them without the ice, but not on it. Apparently I can't even walk with the boots I have now. Yes people I have taken a dive on the ice.........twice now......OWIE! I wasn't even expecting it and the next thing I know it WHAM! face planted it. Hitting my knee very very hard on the way down. My knee is now swollen, purple, and I limp everywhere. Rachel I can't imagine actually breaking your knee. My fall hurt enough. So All you people be greatful you have the sun everyday to melt the wretched ice!

just thought I'd let you know you're not alone in regard to it being icy! Gotta love Minnesota (and Russia!) Love you,Em
maggie... WE GOT SNOW LAST NIGHT!!! and i kinda SLIPPED into my car. Nothing like a big WHAM! good for you, that makes me so proud!
Maggie I hear you with the ice. Idaho roads has about 2' of ice on the roads under the 6 inches of new snow. Take baby steps and slow down, you should be fine. Keep on posting.
haha oh my i think that is way sad... but when i picture the actual event take place i chuckle deep down in my belly. aka knees take forever to heal even when its just a bump... probably the longest of any other body part i am aquanted with. so... uh... i say to you ogood tidings and i hope it heals faster than mine did :)
