Russia Update

Ok this isn't going to be way long because I honestly don't know what to right about. I just thought I might update you all and say that russia is still going very well... for the most part. School is finally starting to get better. The kindergarteners are not behaving any better, but I have learned a new seating arrangement that works most excellently(probably not a word, but i'm in russia what are you going to do about it) My elementary students they are about 12 years old. Class is going tons better it has taken a 180. They are speaking loads of english cause they are fluent, but they just need help with making sure sentences as such are worded correctly. We bribed them with a pizza party. By the way miki and I teach this class together. There is no other way to do it. Anyways they get points for speaking english or a sentence, and every time they speak russian they get them taken away. Once they get to 500 they get a pizza PARTY. I don't know who is more excited miki and I or them. I don't know if I have described them so here it goes... First there is Alex the smarty pants know it all. He is a smart alec and when you say "ALEX NO RUSSIAN!" he simply replies it wasn't russian it was french, or german or japanese. Yes my friends he can speak fluently russian, french, english, german, and some japanese. He is very into "gothic things" as he puts it and he loves to go to cemetaries. He is by far my favorite in the class cause he is mouthy but i just have this hate love for the kid. Then there is Serg.... He is very smart also, and the class clown. Miki and I die of laughter all the time from him. Artiom (AR-TEE-OM) is the preppy kid. Yet again very smart but you have to coax him more to talk. Alex and Serg don't shut up. He loves football and he is so stinking cute, he'll be a heart breaker. Vlad is the misunderstood one, and also the one I lose my temper with the most. Yet I still love him to death. Kids make fun of him so I have this motherly protection and love for him. Still he likes to push my buttons and sometimes I just want to strangle him. But he is very smart and knows english very well. Alina, she is the mother of the group, and the only one we allow to speak russian. Why you make ask? Cause when she speaks it. She speaks it only when yelling at the other kids to sit down shut up and listen. She is also the pretty one. She loves to dance and I think the boys like her. Kostya I don't know him very well he has only been a few times. He is quite and only really talks when someone talks to him. He loves to get involved though. Ruslan is another one that is quite and only talks when someone talks to him. He struggles a little. He tries not to make to much noise so we don't call on him, but what he doesn't realize is because he does that. I call on him more. Sneaky maggie.
