28 Weeks- THIRD TRIMESTER!!!!

I was starting to get a big behind in the baby updates! I don't want her to feel like I didn't care, cause I do! Life is just crazy, and I haven't felt like blogging. I am not even 28 weeks anymore I am 29!

So BABY update!! We are basically ready for this baby to come. Everything is washed and put away and done! Its been so lovely. I have a few minor things in the nursery to do. Mostly they are decorations, and then can wait. I still have 11 weeks after all.

I feel like in the last month or so my belly hasn't grown much. Maybe that is just me.  I do feel her moving a lot more since she is big enough to finally be kicking through my placenta. It really fun to feel her. She is such a relaxed calm baby! All she does is a few kicks here and there, but for the most part I feel her stretch and then she goes back to just hanging out.

Since about 24 weeks on and since I got the approval from my midwife, I have started working out a lot more. I have to still be very careful with my low-lying placenta, but she said it was okay to go interval running, do zumba, go walking and such. It feels so good to be out running again even if I am a slow turtle and probably look even worse!

My mom came and visited a few weeks ago and started to show Ron and I hypnobirthing. She is a labor and Delivery Nurse and trying to become a certified hypnobirth coach. That just shows how dedicated she is to her job. haha Seriously though, Hypnobirth is crazy!!! She hypnotized both Ron and I! She left us  with ideas on what we need to do to prepare for sweet baby girl's arrival. We just need to practice.

From about 20-25 weeks I felt AMAZING!! I had so much energy, and then after my mom left so did my energy. I seriously nap 1-2 hours a day, while the kids nap.  Thankfully Hayden and Grace are angels and are so good if they see me dose. I think they secretly like it because they know they will get a couple of freebie shows out of it.

As far as cravings go it was SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR! For a long time. I finally put a halt to it and decided I WILL crave other things!!! So now currently my craving is water, and occasionally Fruit. Seriously I can't get enough of the water though. I can't stand vegetables. I seriously have to gag them down so this baby gets a liking for them. Salads are the worst. I think Ron is secretly happy that I don't like them right now.

I am starting to just now get up in the night to get drinks and go potty, and I hate it! I know it won't last long though.

This week I get to go in for my glucose Test. Along with that they are checking my vitamin D, Thyroid and Iron. All things I have problems with. Crossing my fingers that I pass! In a couple weeks after that I get to go in for another ultrasound to see if my placenta is still low lying. If it is they monitor it up until 36 ish weeks. If it hasn't moved by then, I get a c-section.... Which the only thing I like about that is knowing which day my sweet baby will be here, but even then I hate it because I hate induction!!! Anyways Prayers that it has moved!!

I am seriously amazing at how fast this pregnancy is flying. We are keeping so busy around the house with getting ready for our sweet babe, Hayden being in Preschool, Grace just being Grace, Ron doing full time work and full time school and teaching elder's quorum, and I am keeping busy being a mom, doing school myself, taking Hayden to school and play dates, being primary chorister getting ready for the big program and who knows what else!! Life has been a bit of a blur! Now the holidays have hit, and a long with that is a whole new "To Do" list. I have to get everything done well before Christmas since I am due only 3 days after. Needless to say I think these last 11 weeks will go so fast! I am soaking every minute I can with my 2 littles. It makes my heart ache a little that I am bringing a new little person to barge in on their territory. They are so excited and it makes me so happy that they are.

I can't really complain about anything right now. Despite all the complications we have had, I am so blessed with rather easy pregnancies, and I love it for the most part. I can't wait to snuggle this little girl!!!

Holy smokes! Only 11 weeks left! That's crazy! You are looking great, and look at you have such a positive attitude about the pregnancy! I need to be better about that... lol
