Ron's Birthday

This year we celebrated Ron's birthday three times!! 

The first time we celebrated was with his parents, grandparents, our kids, and his great uncle. We went to a little Mexican restaurant. Nothing big, but it was so fun to be with family.

The second time was with my sister Stephanie, my brother in law Chris, their little man Luke, and our little family. We decided to celebrate a little early on the monday before (his birthday was wednesday). We did this because I am in school this summer and Wednesdays are a major due date for my school work.  We went to Texas road house for dinner. Afterwards, Chris and Steph watched our kids so we could go see the late showing of Iron Man 3. It was great to have a little alone time with my main squeeze.

The third time was his actual birthday. Really all we did was eat one of his favorite dinners and eat birthday cake. This year's requests were pita bread pizzas and lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. He was a happy boy.

Since he turned 26, and the fact that we are moving again to start another 4 years of a school, I decided to spend a little more money and get him something we have been talking about getting for the 4.5 years we have been married. A brand Spanking new giant mountain bike. He was quite excited! Hopefully it comes in handy as he commutes to school in Indiana.

I think overall he was pleased with his birthday celebrations, which made turning 26 a little easier for him.
