We found a house in Indiana!!!

We found a house!!! We are in the process of applying for it! Isn't it cute!! We are so excited for this little house. It is under $1000 dollars for rent which is amazingly a great deal. Everything I looked at that we wanted was 1100 or more! This is exactly what we need! 3 bed rooms 2 bathrooms 1450 square feet. It comes with a huge back yard, 2 car garage, and it is just down the street from the bus that takes Ron right to his building at Purdue. Just a few blocks away is the lake, and it is surrounded by lots of biking and running trails. We are so excited that the property management company was so willing to take a whole bunch of photos for us so we could really analyze it. The only flaw it has is that the trim in the house isn't painted. Really? I can definitely work with that!! We are the first to snatch it up. We are in the applying process now. We are hoping that we get it!
