Gracie Girl throught the last few months

I feel terrible. With Hayden I literally documented everything the day of he turned the next month. The only thing I feel like I have been good at with grace is getting a month to month picture. Thank Heavens one day I took the time to write a few things down before I forgot.

So here I am now to update you on this sweet little baby girl that has graced (ha!) us with her presence for 4 months now. HOLY COW!!!

Time is moving so quickly and I literally have cried about it. I want it to stop. I savor each moment I have with her the best that I can. I don't know what it is about the 2nd child. Things are so much easier (in different ways of course). I think you just just finally realize that they don't stay little for long, so you cherish it and savor each moment more. With Hayden I was just so anxious for the next step and to see that next stage, that I feel like I missed out on just cherishing him in his infancy. I know it sounds terrible, but that is how I have felt. I feel awful about it really. The thing that makes me feel better is that the more and more I talk to other mom's the more I realize how normal it is. I guess the second time around your mind and body are way better prepared for it.

So here is the last 3 months worth of milestones and updates for our little munchkin...

Grace by 2 months old:

• Starts sleeping through the night at 6 weeks.
• Loves to cuddle.
• Switched to cloth diapers.
• Stops nursing cause it makes her so sick.
• Happiest Baby Ever!
• Rarely Cries.
• Smiled before 1 month and is laughing all the time by 2 months.
• Tries to always sit up.
• When I hold her and Hayden is outside playing, she tries to get down to go play with him.
• Grandpa calls her Fun Size and her cousin Lucas King Size
• She weighs barely 10 lbs
• Still in Newborn clothes and wears 0-3 month clothe but they usually drowned her.
• Has already been on her first Road trip
• Loathes her car seat
• Loves to be worn aka I carry her in my Boba Wrap
• Still Sleeps in our Bedroom
• Starts getting acid Reflux pretty bad. The only thing that cures it is nursing (until I stopped and it helped a ton) while taking a bath with mama.
• Thee most alert baby on the planet.
• She avoids sleep and napping at all costs. Little stinker!
• Ridiculously strong!!!

Grace Emma by 3 months old:

• Was blessed by her Daddy October 6th
• Loves music more than anything. The problem with this is that music doesn't put her to sleep it wakes her up. She loves it that much that she doesn't want to sleep through it.
•  Only Laughs just before bath time and bed time. I don't know why but thats it.
• She only laughs when tickled or physically touched like kissing her tummy or giving her raspberries.
• She thinks Hayden is the funniest person on the planet and constantly wants to be by him.
• Hayden cries when we go do mommy n' hayden things because his "Gracie Goorre" aka girl isn't with him.
• Hayden calls her Emma a lot. Which I love.
• Still Loathes her Car seat
• Started waking up once a night. When we moved her bedtime to 7 pm instead of 930
• When she wakes up at night she does not cry. She coos and talks till I wake up.
• When she sees me coming with a bottle she does this hilarious dance and laughs, sings, and coos like crazy
• Still prefers that mama wears her.
• Hates napping but getting a bit better at it.
• Doing Great with Cloth Diapers. 
• Wears 0-3 month stuff. This is due to bulkiness of cloth diapers and her height. Weight wise she is still close to the size of some newborns
• She weighs about 10lb
• She is still strong as ever. She likes to stand up and walk around now with assistance of course.
• Hates belly time with a passion.
• Thinks someone needs to play with her all the time or hold her all the time.
• Total Mama's girl. She cries when she realizes its not me holding her at night time
• She isn't shy at all. 
• Loves when people say she is pretty she coos, smiles and gets excited whenever they say that to her.

 Gracie Girl at 4 months

• Can roll over with some assistance of propping her arms
• Wants to eat solids soooo bad!!
• Actually took my food from my hand and tried to eat it.
• Had sweet potatoes courtesy of Papa Cornwell
• Hayden makes her world spin
• She squeals in delight when Hayden (who always) talks and plays with her. She even squeals when he enters the room. Its so sweet!
• Loves to be tickled.
• Loves bathtime
• Loves night time snuggles
• Loves stories
• Starting grabbing and mouthing toys
• Still loves music and singing
• is in 0-3 month clothes, but thanks to her cloth diapers has to wear some 6 month clothes
• Takes both hands grabs your face and kisses you square on the mouth. Her idea of kissing usually invovles her trying to eat you as well. So cute.
• Still a total mama's girl, but since Ron is home more she gets quite excited to see him.
• Was a her Mama's (who was a witch) black cat for her first halloween
• Has officially met all of her cousins who are her age.

I am sure I missed a ton, BUT I am officially caught up! PHEW! When I say caught up I mean just with Grace's Monthly updates. Now I need to do a big update on Mister Mister. Who has changed like crazy!!!  That will come later this week!
