Tautphaus Park Zoo

For Labor Day we decided that we wanted to do something fun as a family. We decided that since we'd been wanting to go the the Idaho Falls zoo that it would be the perfect day. We called Steph up and asked if she would like to join us, and of course she did because honestly who doesn't want to spend the day with Ron hayden and I (haha just kidding). The zoo was actually great!!! Besides being cheap (only five bucks a person, and one of us got in for free cause we had hayden in a stroller) it totally exceeding any expectations we had!!! I thought it would just have stupid little animals, but it actually had lions, bears, a tiger, a leopard, otters, and lots of monkeys!!! We had a blast together. Hayden was bit young to realize what was really going on so we'll have to go again next year, but he still really enjoyed himself. We know this because he couldn't keeps his eyes off the animals, and when he saw the dingos we started to coo and squeal with delight!!! It was lots of fun!!

I realized once I put my pictures together that I got none with Steph!!! I'm a rotten sister.

Some of the many awesome animals we saw!! They also had a petting zoo which was lots of fun. Steph and I had to feed the goats and sheep. I don't know why but I've always loved goats!
