See steph!!! He does like you!!!
(I have a super smart baby, he is already starting to smile with his eyes open when he is with somebody. I think he smiled twice at steph and a couple of times for me earlier that day)
So life with a new baby has had its ups and downs. More ups than downs. Friday was kind of a down day. I only had gotten like 4 hours of sleep the night before and Hayden decided he wanted to be up and fussy a lot during Friday. I was tired and frustrated and kinda at a loss of what my baby wanted. I eventually got him settled, but in the mean time all I could think about is how I just wanted a nap!!!! I swear my sister and I have connecting brain waves. We've ALWAYS thought the same. So much so on occasion its freaked us out a bit. Well steph must have been very connected to me on friday because she called me. She's such a sweetheart. She asked (before she knew I was tired and stressed) if she could come up to the house and make dinner and visit with us. So she did and did she treat us well!!! She made us steak, rice, and salad!!! It was awesome! Plus she sat and played with hayden while I got to enjoy my meal. I didn't get a nap cause I wanted to visit with her, but just the fact that she was holding him and watching him (the fact that I didn't have to worry for 2 hours) took a whole load of stress off of me. I just wanted to thank her over the world wide web (I thanked her personally too). So thanks steph you are awesome!!! I love you and you are more than welcome to come steal hayden away just not permanently cause I kinda like him. Anyways these are the super cute pictures of the two of them together.. I am sad cause they're sorta fuzzy, but they're still priceless. I love them!!

He's too little to know how to smile!!! He must be a GENIUS!!! His smile is adorable, Maggie! Congrats again. And thank heaven for "sisters' intuition", huh?
Aw! I love the second picture! What a good aunt!
