Life update

Well I don't really know what to say, but I felt like posting something. Those two really don't work well together. Why not start with whats going on with life?

Ron's turned 23 last weekend, and boy did we ever celebrate. I swear we celebrated all weekend! Friday we had a bbq with the wride's. It was lots of fun, and good food if I do say so myself. The weather finally let up, and allowed us to go outside and play badminton together. It was lots of fun. Saturday Morning I made Ron bacon egg mcMuffins and orange juice. Then we opened his presents. I was glad he was happy with them. I bought Mario kart for N64. This may seem lame but we honestly couldn't find it at a decent price. I saw some that were 85 dollars and upwards!!!! INSANE!!! Luckily I found one for $15 bucks. It struggled working at first (I bought it used, I'm lame) but we cleaned it and it now runs great!!! I also bought him 9 coupons to Teton Lakes Golf course. He's a great golfer, but its an expensive talent to keep up. He's been wanting to take me golfing so I thought this would be the perfect gift. He was thrilled, and I could finally stop holding mybreath. I'm always afraid he won't like it. The rest of the day was spent Chris and Steph. I don't know why we don't get together more often Ron and I love hanging out with them. It helps that Ron and Chris have a lot in common and get along really well. I'm so grateful for that. They took us to see Iron Man 2 and to lunch at cafe Rio (They spoil us rotten) It was lots of fun. After movies and such we went bra shopping for me.. fun eh? haha I thought so. We then proceeded to go to Steph's house where she cut my hair for me. I told her she is my new go to hair girl. She did a fabulous job! I love it. It was fun to sit and gab and actually trust the person cutting my hair. Afterwards we really just hung out until around 10. It was lots of fun.

The only downfall to the whole weekend was the fact that Ron and I came down with some nasty nasty colds. Ron actually got a fever on his birthday.. The poor thing. Sunday we went to church only planning on taking just the sacrament and leaving, but heavenly father blessed us with enough strength to get through all of sacrament meeting. I was quite grateful, but by the time it was done Ron and I were completely plugged and miserable. So we went home. I slept the afternoon away. Ron presented me with my homemade mother's day card. Ron has the reputation around here for making some pretty dang creative hilarious cards. He succeeded yet again. He promised me for mother's day that he'd buy me a new toaster. To some that is such a lame gift and cliche to give a toaster on mother's day. I was thrilled!!! Our toaster is junk. I can't tell you how many times I've burned toast and caught my pop tarts on fire... yeah thats right!!! I've have had my toaster catch on fire multiple times. I was happy with the present. We haven't picked it up yet. He wanted me to go with him to pick out the new appliance. He didn't want to get the wrong one. I married a smart Man.

Other things... School is School. Ron and I arranged our classses so someone is always home for when the baby arrives. I love being home 3 days a week!!! We keep a pretty clean house, but being home more often now gives us a chance to have a really clean house. Ron and I are kinda ocd when it comes to the house. The dishes are always done, Bed is always made, and we are always on top of the laundry. I absolutely love being a wife at home. I wish I didn't have to worry about school, but I suppose I'll be grateful to get out once in a while in a month or so. This semester will be a challanging and very rewarding one. Ron graduates (YAHOO!!) and obviously our little boy is arriving. I'm excited for it to come and go cause then I'll have only one more semester. I love the idea of being done in December!!!

As far as pregnancy goes. ... I'm not going to lie I'm so ready to be done. I ache all over, but it will all be well worth it in the end. I suppose the nasty cold hasn't helped any.

Current Things about this pregnancy

-Like I said I ache all over. My ribs are killing me. To the point I don't like laughing coughing or breathing to hard.

- He is starting to drop, but he's inconsistent. He tends to hike back up to my ribs when I'm just sitting.

-I have craved Peanut Butter like crazy lately. I've been eating PB&J sandwiches and Banna's and peanut butter like crazy.

-My dreams are starting to get really really strange... like the other night I had a dream I gave birth to a cat... hahaha I still laugh about that one

-I can't sleep in my bed with Ron anymore. Its to hard. Maybe thats the pansy in me but I'm always warry of where he is and making sure I don't wake him. Well since rolling over is being coming quite the task I wake him up a lot. I also wake him up because I have to have so much room just to get my body in just the right position to sleep, plus having to get up and pee every3 hours doesn't help. Add all this plus the nasty cold makes for one tired cranky maggie. Ron wasn't sleeping great either, but better than me. So we decided to pull out the spare full mattress that we have, and Ron is currently sleeping on that next to our bed. I know everyone says I can't believe you made ron sleep on the mattress on the floor. Well in my defense he pulled it out. I asked to sleep on it and he won't let me. It didn't seem way weird to us because our doctor in our birthing class said that he knew a lot of men that ended up on the couch the last month of the pregnancy. I say least he's not on the couch!!!! Plus he and I are both now sleeping like babies. I judge how well I sleep at night by how many times I get up to go to the bathroom. Its been once a night since.... THATS A MIRACLE!!! I just hate not getting to snuggle with him and have pillow talk. He came and laid with me last night till I fell asleep though. Isn't he adorable... I love him.

-I'm starting to waddle like crazy. I totally feel like a huge prego lady when I get in and out of the car.

-People are officially telling me now that I don't look like I'm 9 months pregnant. That amazing me cause 6 weeks ago people were giving me the eye like oh my word the girl is HUGE!!! Don't worry some of them told me that too. I don't mind though. I'm glad it has slowed down.

-I've also been craving popcicles like mad

-I've started contracting... It happens a lot in the evenings. I know I'm not going into labor but I keep hoping I better at least be dialating!!! Its starting to happen a lot more now, so I'm hoping that means I'm getting a lot closer. The only way I can describe it and I hate to be blunt is I feel like I'm going to start a period. I haven't had that feeling in like 10 months!!! Its weird1!!

-I have two more weeks. Everything is basically done. I've packed as much as I can. I will have to do the rest when I actually go into labor. MAYBE IT'LL BE TOMORROW!!!!

Anyways I've written a novel. Thats amazing for not knowing what to post. Sorry I didn't post pictures. I didn't feel like going and grabbing the camera and uploading everything. Call me lazy.
