Here is the story....
Well I guess it can go back to the beginning of September in Provo. Ron and I went to Provo to babysit for my sister Rachel and her husband Brandon. We went to dinner at the brick oven for old time sake. Of course it was delicious. That night when we were getting into bed I told ron that I wasn't feeling well. I just figured that the pizza from dinner wasn't sitting well. We went about the weekend the only odd things I noticed was the night I felt sick and then my hands and feet got really swollen. Ron actually commented on it, it was so bad. The following monday I was really sick I just layed in bed and slept all afternoon. I was suspecting that maybe I was pregnant. That night though Ron got really sick and was up all night throwing up. I figured I must have had some sort of bug that I passed on to ron. I felt totally normal the next day and the following days after that. Until around my birthday, I started to kind of feel sick again. Ron and I again didn't think much of it because I come and go in stages where eating food just makes me kinda sick. I just figured it was one of those times. Well when (sorry to all the guys reading this) Aunt flow didn't come I was dying to take a test. Ron just told me to wait it out a couple of days. I waited as long as I could and on the morning of the 16th I went to the dollar store and bought 2 tests. I was a nervous wreck. I went home took the test and waited. I noticed that one line showed on the test immedietly. Which meant that I wasn't pregnant. I was kind of let down, but not really. I proceded to get finish getting ready for work., when I looked at the test and noticed a faint pink second line. When I say faint I mean you could barely BARELY see it! Just to let you know Ron was at school this whole time. I paniced BAD! I picked up my phone immedietly called my mom, but no answer. I was pacing the floor and freaking out when I decided to call my sister Rachel cause I knew she had taken plenty of tests and she would know. Again no answer. Just my luck. I call my parents house hoping that my mom might luckily be at home or something. She wasn't but Rachel answered. I was so relieved. I told her what happened. She said if there was any sort of faint line that I was pregnant. I was in complete denial. I was so paniced. I was even trying to take a picture of the test to send to my sister. Finally I grabbed the test and ran down the street to one of my friend Jackie's house. She knew I was already suspecting so it was no shock that I had a test in my hand. Her door was open I ran inside and scared her to death in all my craziness. I showed her the test and asked her if she saw a line. She said she did but that it was barely there. I looked at her, and she squealed and said "YOU'RE PREGNANT!" I almost had a panic attack. I told her not to tell colum (her husband) Cause Ron didn't know yet. She looked at me and said colum was in the back room. I went to the Hallway and called for him. Sure enough he poked his head from around the corner. He was obviously trying to keep really quiet so I wouldn't know that he was there. We all celebrated. I freaked out. Then I had to go to work. It was all bad timing. I called the student health center on campus and made an appointment for later on that afternoon, just to be sure. I was still not believing my sister, jackie, and my dollar store test. I called my sister again and told her that Jackie confirmed the second line, but I was going to the doctor just to make sure. I asked her for ideas of how to tell Ron. We came up with the idea to do a birthday cake. I thought it was a cute idea to put the due date on it and all. My plan was to go to the doctor right after work take the test there. If it was positive I was going to run to the store and get the cake, and be home just before Ron got done with class. Ron ruined it thought when he showed up at my work and told me his afternoon classes were canceled. After work I had to rush ron with his sandwich and all to the car. He was obviously wondering why. I was kinda of upset that my plan was ruined. I ended up having to tell him the story on the way to the doctor. Not nearly as fun. I took the test and again it was confirmed. We went home and told parents and siblings, but decided that since I wasn't that far along that family and some close personal friends were the only people we were going to tell. Since I am finally getting to the end of the first trimester also comes the end of morning sickness (stupid title for it btw). It wasn't so bad till the last 2 or 3 weeks. I didn't puke at all until then. I have just been really tired mostly. Anyways there is my story. Kind of long sorry!

Finally, I am so glad you finally told your little family secret... Wahoo... Time to go shopping for fabric and baby clothes.
Pregnancy advise from Robin:
-Everyone and every pregnancy is different. -DO NOT OVER THINK THINGS! Stress is not a good thing when you are pregnant. Only will make you feel worse. -Read "What to Expect When You Are Expecting". Good info. and tells you every one is different. -And lastly (that I'm writing anyway ;)) Get a note pad and pencil and whenever you have a question about anything happening to you write it down. Then you will be able to remember when you are at the doctors and you will have it for furture reference.
Congrats you two! We are so happy for you!!
Just for future reference, taking the test in the morning is the best time. Your pee is the richest it will be throughout the day and has the best hormones in it. :)
