Last week was Ron's 22nd birthday... I know such an old man! We celebrated his birthday on Tuesday instead of on Friday; because ron had 2 major tests before then, and we went down to provo with Chris and Stephanie. We had a great time just celebrating him and I. I made navajo tacos, afterwards I spoiled him rotten, probably more then he deserves..... not really cause he's amazing his birthday presents. I got him a pair of pants, 3 shirts, 2 movies which were Batman the dark knight, and 21. I also got him an all included tool set that had a drill, the bits everything! Finally is favorite I got him a gamecube that came with two paddles and six games. He was pretty well he was almost hysterical when he got it! He absolutely loved it! Later he bought 3 more with the birthday money he received with other family members. I do agree once he got games I like it more. Its pretty fun to play with him, and he acts like a little kid every time we asks me to . I am horrible at it though. Nintendo play is not my cup a tea. After presents we light candles and I sang Happy Birthday, and ate! It was delicious if I do say so my self, and I do! Well after our celebration. The day of Ron's actually birthday was last friday, and of course we had school, and unfortunately ron had to major tests, but after that was all said and done Chris and Stephanie took us down to provo stopping at the IMAX theater in Sandy to see Star Trek on a HUGE screen. They took us for Ron's birthday, and it was great! I loved the movie! We all did actually. I'm not a normal star trek fan either. The next day we had to pick up Chris's sister Stephanie, in salt lake, and afterwards we went to lunch at this brazilian resturant called Rodizio Grill... VERY GOOD! Following that we headed back to provo and went to my sister Rachel's house for a fabulous Barbecue for my niece rennie who turned 7 the day before ron's birthday. It had great food, great company, and who doesn't love playing with nieces. We taught brynn the art of blowing dandelion puffs.... sorry rach... she absolutely loved it. Afterwards Ron, Meg and I went to our hotel and met up with the rest of the gang where we went swimming, ate taco time nachoes, and ended the night with Super Monkey Ball... i.e. gamecube. It was really good to be with megera... I missed that girl. Sunday we visited my grandpa, told rachel goodbye and took the LONG way home. Very very long, but absolutely B E A UTIFUL! Ron and I decided we want to live by bear lake one day! It was a great weekend and a great Birthday!
