Well now that vacation is over I better tell you all about it... RIGHT? So here it goes... I'll just be brief about each country.
Friday thru Sunday: Tallin Estonia
We arrived to Maardu where our hostel was at friday afternoon. It was a small quaint little town, and that had the biggest coolest platform swing I'd ever seen! So of course we played on it for like about an 1 hour. It was great. We also had a lake nearby and we went there for about 2 hours till it was to cold to stay... 75 Degrees in my book was already to cold to go to the lake, and poor miki and amaryah had to drag me out of the hostel... so when it got colder I was ready to go, but it was great and we got some great girl talk in.... like We haven't done that already 24/7 for the last 4 months... haha Tallin was amazing! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It was place you would read about in a fairytale. Cobble Stone streets, Colorful old buildings.... and a castle down the road. I loved Tallin!
Monday-Thursday: Stockholm Sweden
After an amazing trip over the Baltic Sea on a ferry we reached Sweden... We reached our hostel...aka cabin cause it felt like we were camping there, and our hostel was actually out in the woods. Sweden is beautiful very old narrow streets with stores everywhere. It was really green the Trees had flowers, the grass had flowers, and the flower beds had flowers... needless to say you could tell it was spring, and very beautiful. I never thought dandilions were pretty till I went to europe. The greenness of the grass and the vibrant yellow were just amazing to the eye. Eating, walking the small streets, and shopping was all we pretty much did. We did also have a campfire and roasted marshmallows and made s'mores to add to our "camping" I mean hostel experience. It was fun. Best part was we didn't end up smelling like campfire.
Thursday-Saturday: Helsinki Finland
Finland was a mixture of Russia and Sweden. It wasn't my favorite place, but I did like it. We went to the Templikatu Church which is a church built our of stone into the mountain... It was really neat. We road reasty lime green bikes around the city, and it totally made finland so much fun! We also saw a zombie march... very interesting is all I can say. We stayed in Espoo.... hahaha we've been laughing about it all week, and even writing it I laugh. You can figure it out I'm sure. Our hostel experience there was very different and our very favorite. Our room was nothing but windows leaving us an amazing view. It was also right by the see just down the street less then a block. So we went to the beach for a while as well.
I'll try to post pictures, but its taking FOR---EV---ER! yes said just like the kid on sandlot.
